5G and internet of things (IoT) devices are largely impacted by the performance of microwave and millimeter-wave antennas and their supporting circuitry such as filters and couplers. Evaluating such devices before fabrication through multiphysics simulation can enable a reduction in time and costs during the design and development cycle. Coupling different physics also enables us to analyze multiphysics phenomena such as thermostructural effects in these devices.
