Why Attend?

Whether you are a technical user of the software, a student looking forward to a career in R&D, or a manager aiming to optimize your team's workflow, the COMSOL Conference offers a unique opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in simulation and connect with the simulation community. The conference program features keynote talks by industry leaders, poster and slideshow presentations on innovative designs and research findings, and minicourses covering topics across engineering disciplines.

Learn New Modeling Techniques

Choose from 20+ minicourses on how to use the COMSOL Multiphysics® software for creating physics-based models and building standalone simulation apps. At the demo stations, you can receive 1-on-1 guidance on your specific modeling projects from COMSOL applications engineers.

Connect with the Simulation Community

During the breaks, you are welcome to discuss modeling projects with other practitioners while enjoying complimentary food and beverages. In the poster hall, you can engage with fellow attendees and see how they are using simulation in their work.

Program Highlights

Minicourses
Six COMSOL Conference attendees partake in a discussion during a minicourse.

Instructor-led sessions that cover modeling techniques and best practices, software functionality, and underlying theory in 1 hour. These presentations are accompanied by a slideshow, typically feature live demos in the COMSOL® software, and end with a Q&A session. They are geared toward both new and experienced users of COMSOL Multiphysics®.

Keynotes
A keynote speaker presenting onstage to COMSOL Conference attendees.

Industry leaders showcase how they use modeling and simulation to develop new products and technologies in their respective fields in 20-minute keynote presentations, which are supplemented with 10-minute Q&A sessions. There will also be a COMSOL-led keynote session where you will get an exclusive look at an upcoming version of the software.

User Presentations
COMSOL Conference attendees and poster presentations in the conference's poster hall.

Engineers and scientists across industries and academia will have posters highlighting their simulation work displayed. Throughout the event, you will have the opportunity to ask them questions and exchange ideas.
