assigning material properties based on RGB

Hi,

I am trying to do simulations of 2D imported EBSD (Electron Backscatter diffraction) images. I have imported the image in COMSOL. To get the similar image like the original one, I used an expression of= 0.9*r+0.05*b+0.05*g
Now I want to assign different material properties to different regions based on the RGB value.
Please let me know how I can do that. I will really appreciate that.I have attached my mph file too.
