Droplet in microchannel: Nonlinear solver did not converge

I am simulating a droplet flow in a microchannel using ALE moving mesh module. But it always comes with 'No convergence, even when using the minimum damping factor' and 'Failed to find consistent initial values.' I have tried different solvers, e.g direct, segerated, fully coupled, and I also using a step function at the inlet to aviod suddent change in flow field. But all of these attampts turn out to be failures. Someone could help me?
