Error mesh Tray - match Ellipsoids in workplane?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everyone,

I am working in heat transfer in a quarter of a tray, where the outside edges are drawed with blocks, cylinders and a sphere. The inside of the tray must contain food and the top is a cover film. Additionally, this tray has a bottom dent which is drawed with a block and an ellipsoid. Here I have problems building the mesh, because the bottom dent has to be in contact with the food. I drew the face of the food with some blocks and a ellipsoid and after I applied the boolean operation difference. I don't know why when I draw ellipsoid of the food faces with the workplane, it doesn't match with the ellipsoid of the bottom dent and when I build the final form. I see that the food face and bottom dent are overlaid. I must say that obviously the ellipsoid's food face and bottom dent has the same measures but they don't match

I would like to know if I have to change something in the geometry or in the tolerance of mesh or in mesh.

Please help

Thanks
