Deformed geometry in COMSOL 4.1

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate the thermal dependencies of a photonic crystal fiber's fundamental mode. What I want to do is use the deformed geometry computed by the thermo-elastic module (stationary solver) to compute the change of effective index of the fundamental. I followed the procedure given by a former discussion (www.comsol.dk/community/forums/general/thread/15185/) but I can have it work correctly.
The problem is that the mesh generating by right clicking on solution and then click on Remesh Deformed Configuration is not deformed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
