Tank Geometry and solution of Laplace equation

Dear Friends,

I am trying to make a tank model with three holes on it. One at the bottom of the tank and other two at the side walls.
I have tried to create five solid cylinder and combined them but it did not work.
I need solve Laplace equation in three dimensions. In the attachments, you can find some pictures of the real tank. Sorry for the image quality.
