Ray Optics Modeling Capabilities with Version 5.6


In this recorded webinar, you will learn about the features and functionality included in the Ray Optics Module in version 5.6 of COMSOL Multiphysics®. The webinar starts with an overview of what is new and covers some of the most prominent updates, including: 

  • New features for ray scattering on rough surfaces and in dilute, particle-laden media
  • The new Ideal Lens feature for quick setup of paraxial lens systems
  • Enhanced ray rendering and the addition of partial transparency options in postprocessing
