incident pressure-source pressure and radiation boundary condition

hi,
i want to model ultrasound wave in cavity filled with water( actually like sonography modeling). i want to choose appropriate boundary condition for my model but i dont know the difference between "source pressure" and "radiation boundary condition" and also "incident pressure wave" in "scalar variable". please let me know.
