Error occurs when saving newly created COMSOL models

An error occurs when saving a newly created model in COMSOL. Models created previously can be opened and run without any issues, but saving a new immediately triggers this error. What could be the cause, and how can this issue be resolved? Thank you. The attached picture shows in detail.
