Elasto-plastic error

Hello everyone. I am simulating with Shape memory alloys, and I got the error: "Failed to find solution for all parameters, even when using the minimum parameter step. Iteration for finding elasto-plastic strain variables did not converge. Geometry: geom1, Domain: 1"

What causes this error and how could I fix it.
