Fatal error when starting program

After greetings..... Fatal error when starting program. Could not load file or assembly 'JavaBridge.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.

The above message appears when trying to open the program, noting that I installed the program on another laptop and it worked for me.. the comsol after installing version 6.2.

     Please help me
