How to understand the weak expression and constraints for a terminal boundary with fixed input power

In a simulation of frequency domain study, I choose the terminal boundary with fixed power. I try to understand how comsol set the boundary for the electrostatic potential. I find there are a weak form -es.Q0_1test(es.term1.V0_ode) and a constrain test(es.term1.V0_ode-V), where es.Q0_1 is the terminal charge , es.term1.V0_ode is the potential on the terminal, and V is the electrostatic potential. What does these equation real mean ? And how to derive these ?
