To draw a packed bed filled with spherical particles

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to draw a packed bed with spherical particles in COMSOL.

I have a cylinder and I want to put inside 1e9 spherical particles. Is that possible?

Regards,

Hi
Possible, probably yes, if you have enough RAM and time,

But I would suggest that you start to ask yourself how many DoF you will end up with and about how much RAM you would need, I'm afraid you need a good sized cluster, or have I missed something ?

Good luck
