Switch Problem in Electric Circuit Interface

Hello, I am studying on electric circuit interface. I want to have a switch at off state between the simulation time of 0.5 s and 0.7 s. At other times i want it to be at on state. But, i could not set properly "on condition", "off condition"and "initial state". I would be appreciated if you help me. Thank you in advance...
