The physics controlled mesh became empty.

Hi everyone. I am trying to simulate pyrolysis process for a fixed bed reactor. I am new in comsol, so when i try to setup the problem and generate mesh, the software shows this errorr "The physics controlled mesh became empty". Can someine help me to rectify this error. Are there any tutorials on pyrolysis process for COMSOL.
