When modelling 2D heat conduction and using a heat flux boundary condition, the input allowed by comsol in SI units is W/m^2. Does this mean, that X watts/ m of x and 1m of Z? If a 2D model is assuming that the z dimension is infinite, then this could be the case? but what if the z dimension is very small and negligible?
