Micropump Simulation

I am simulating a micropump. The top layer of material is PDMS, which has a load applied that corresponds to 10 psi. The right and left boundaries are constrained so that they cannot move. The middle layer is water, and the bottom layer is steel, which is constrained by all 4 boundaries. The idea is when the PDMS is deflected using a time varying load, the water flow is suppose to be affected. However, I cant get the moving layer of PDMS and the water to simulate at the same time during the animation.

Any ideas of how to get them to work together and show at the same time? I've attached the file below.

I also having the same problem, I think that is the limitation for old version.
Are you simulated in 3-D?

Regards,
PS

Mine is actually 2D. I think you may be right. It solves perfectly fine and displays each surface plot correctly, just separately
