Shock absorbers

Hello,

I am modeling a assembly with 4 shock absorbers.

I have attached my model.

The purpose of my analysis, it's to know the displacement of the core (suspended part).
The mechanical sollicitation is a shock SRC.
In my modeling, I impose a shock half sinus (Equivalent of SRC)
The shock absorbers are a elastomer silicon and i don't have the hyper-elastical characteristics.

My questions are :

1.How can I model with a function representative of mechanical shock (SRC).
2.How can I model this system? model with small deformation or with large deformation?

Thanks! Any input would be much appreciated..
