Face is (or has a narrow region that is) much smaller than the specified minimum element size

Hi everybody,
I am try to mesh my model using Free Thetraheda but I got the warning:
Edge is much shorter than the specified minimum element size. Face is (or has a narrow region that is) much smaller than the specified minimum element size Domain has a region that is much thinner than the specified minimum element size.
However, when I change Free Thetraheda to extremly fine mesh the warning disappear. I don't know why? Extremly mesh took me a long time to run, so I want to use normal mesh. Does those warning affect or change result of my model?
