Marine Controlled Source Electromagnetics Error

Can anybody please help me out in finding the source of error which I am getting when I try to solve the Controlled Source Electromagnetic model using RF module.

The error message is printed as:

Failed to evaluate variable:
- variable:mod1.emw.epsilonryy
- Geometry 1
- Boundry 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34

Failed to evaluate variable
- Variablemod1.emw.epsrScalar
- defined as ( a length differential equation)

Failed to evaluate expression
- Expression: (a lengthy differential equation)

Any help will be highly appreciated.
