laminar flow

when iam simulating for laminar flow in FSI MODULE, i got error as

Error: 7067
System matrix is zero.
Exception:
com.femlab.jni.FlNativeException: Matrix is zero
Messages:
Matrix is zero
Stack trace:
at linearization.cpp, row 1803, ()
at com.femlab.solver.FlSolver.femStatic(Native Method)
at com.femlab.solver.FemStatic.run(SourceFile:69)

kindly tel me how to reduce the error
