Does anyone know how to make a plot z=(x,y) in comsol ?

I need to make this plot to evaluate my design

You can add a Height Expression to a standard surface plot in your results, (make sure mesh and cut-plane resolution are sufficient for your needs). See attached example. I am not sure if the Height Expression capability is available in version 4.3...

An analytical surface plot can be created if that is what you need (see attached).
