Electron Cyclotron Resonance with COMSOL ?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello Everybody,
as part of my work for achieving my degree of diploma physicist, I intend to simulate an Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Source, by using COMSOL multiphysics. ECR is mentioned at some points in descriptions of COMSOL, but I have found no clear proof that COMSOL actually can simulate ECR. So my first question basically is: Has someone ever done this? Are there documentations about someone doing this? Maybe even a tutorial?

Kind Regards
