problem in convergence of phase field model

Dear all ,

I am runnig simple 2d axi ,case of phase field combilned with heat transfer for modeling evaporation (relatively similar to boiling tutorial) but I have problem with convergence I got error : ' failed to find consistatent initial values ' ' the relative residual is greater than the relative tolerance ' ! I tried for diffrent interface thickness but it did not converged , could any one guide me regarding alternative solution proceduer ? influencing parameters ?

I also tried to model evaporation with ALE but I could not nodel phase change , any suggestion ? same exprience?
