model for draining a tank

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I want to model the draining of water in a tank with no agitator. I know the outflow rate and teh pressure in the tank. I want to see how teh flow pattern chnages if I place an object in teh tank. There is air above the water. I assume one can use the phase field or the level set method to model teh two phases. Does anyone out there have a model that I could look at as a starting point?

Thanks
