How to use stored solution for frequency sweep

I am working on stress stiffning effect of CMUT device. For that i am doing frequency sweep on membrane and getting the resonance frequency graph. Now I want to do the same after initially applying a DC voltage. For that i want to store the (deflection) result and again i want to run frequency sweep There will be difference in resonance frequency of both conditions (with and without DC voltage). Please tell me how to store the result and again using that stored result further.
