Hello Youness,
We sometimes get contacted by users who want to reference the software in papers, theses, at conferences or in their presentations, about the best way to do that.
Our recommendation is that they reference COMSOL's documentation in the bibliography. They should include the version number, as the manuals change along with the software. If their modeling heavily relies on one particular Module, we recommend that they reference the User's Guide for that Module. Otherwise, it's best to reference the Reference Manual for the core package.

Each journal or conference has its own preferred (or mandated) formatting for bibliographies, so we can't offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but something like

"COMSOL Multiphysics Reference Manual, version 5.3", COMSOL, Inc, www.comsol.com
or
"RF Module User's Guide, version 5.3", COMSOL, Inc, www.comsol.com

would be suitable.
Best regards,
Jeff
