Graphene in COMSOL?

Hi,

I need to build a graphene sheet (for both 2D and 3D geometries) on an underlying substrate for simulating some experiments in COMSOL. Any help on this, as well as subsequent meshing (for computation) is appreciated.

Yes, they are excellent, but it would be really helpful if I could get more examples of (single-layer and few layer) graphene simulations using COMSOL, especially ones where the electronic/ plasmonic properties of graphene are involved; such as examples where different graphene nanostructures are designed and simulated for studying their interesting electronic/ plasmonic properties and applications.
