Singular Matrix error

Dear all,
I try to simulate a rigid block pressing on a piezoelectric geometry. I think I made the mesh small enough as I do not get any warnings about that. In addition, I fillet the whole geometry so that no sharp edges are present. Still I get the singular matrix error. Can somebody help me out? I can send the comsol file by email, as it is too big to add here.
