MEMS Bistable Switch

Hi guys,
I am trying to build a MEMS bistable switch using curved beam. In stationary study, the graph of reaction force vs. displacement has shown a bistable behaviour. In time-dependent study, I apply the prescribed displacement to a block which is meant to push the bistable structure but keeps getting error message like "Nonlinear solver did not converge. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. There was an error message from the linear solver."
Is it possible to see the bistable structure snap-through process in comsol since I never see an example? If so, what should I do to fix the problem.
Thank you.
