Performing mathematical operations on the data exported from COMSOL

Hello,

I have completed a simulation on Microwave Imaging in COMSOL and have exported the Normalized Electric and Magnetic field.

As further processing steps I need to perform Integration, gradient, curl operations on the Electric field/Magnetic field.

Just summing up or subtracting the data doesn't seem right. I would be grateful for any help here...

Regards
Priya Natarajan

Hi

COMSOL gives you access to the different derivatives so you can build up your div, grad curl ... with these. Anyhow COMSOL is treating each scalar directional value separately, and does not have a global vector mode

You have the Model builder, but its not that easy to grasp, therein you can perform more complex formulas

Good luck
