semiconductor module-converence error

hi, earlier i got maximum number of iterations reached as an error, then i set the maximum number of iterations to 1000 and tolerence factor to 0.1. but still iam getting the below error.......(iam a beginner) [starUndefined value found. - Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector. There are 6 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ne. at coordinates: (6.34493e-10,5.69378e-10,7.50039e-09), (2.11498e-10,1.03454e-09,7.09418e-09), (2.11498e-10,6.97749e-10,6.28772e-09), (2.11498e-10,1.83066e-09,7.32907e-09), (3.80885e-09,4.64104e-09,7.30372e-09), ...
