Analytical field of point charge

Hello,

I have created the simplest possible model of electrostatics: just one point charge in space and applied 1C charge to it. The model is in electrostatics, a box is defined as outer boundary and on it "ground" boundary condition is applied.

But the problem is the electrostatic potential (V) obtained from this COMSOL model is less than what i am getting from analytic formula which states V=Q/(4*pi*epsilon_0*r) where r is the distance between the point charge and observation point.

After that I created another one with two charges: one +1C and another -1C, but still its V is not matching with analytic.

I have no idea what possibly can be going wrong. I have made boundary sufficiently huge enough.
Could somebody help me in this?
