Modeling Double layer capacitance under AC

Hi,everybody.I am trying to model the DL element between the microelectrode-electrolyte interface,the shape of which is a 500 micron-radius circle. The electrolyte is cell culture media whose fluid height is around 250 micron. My goal is discovering the contribution of DL to overall impedance over the whole frequency range, from 100Hz to 1MHz.

The method I use at present is contact impedance node (surface impedance). My study is frequency domains thus all values shall be instantaneous. My question is what expression should I input for the surface capacitance ? or just a fixed value?
