Reflection calculation method for metamaterial application in microwave module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all,
I try study about metamaterial application. I need simulation result for understanding about metamaterial. I try use femlab v4.0a, but i have problem in reflection calculation.
I simulate in 3 dimension region. I just give periodic boundary condition in wall. And i define drude model in permittivity of metal. I give scattering wave in up side and bottom side.
I try give boundary probe before metamaterial sample. After simulating, i measure electric field in boundary probe. After that i just compare electric field from boundary probe and scattering wave. But i got result the reflection parameter more than 1. It looks something problem about my calculation.
Anybody help me about this problem?
Thank you very much
