Synchronize reaction engineering module with surface reactions?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I'm working on trying to simulate spatio-temporal biochemistry. I have about ~30 reactions described in the chemical reaction engineering module. The spatial component of my simulation is a simple 2D channel with laminar fluid flow.

The problem is this: some reactions only take place on the channel wall, whereas the rest of the reactions can take place in the entire channel. These latter reactions can be easily synchronized with the transport of diluted species module. I was wondering if I can synchronize the reactions that take place on the wall with the surface reactions module, or whether there is a different way to implement this.

Thank you!
