Microwave plasma

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello, community.

I was tasked to look into microwave plasma modeling using Plasma Module in the 5.2+ version of Comsol. The objective is to study energy distribution in the resonator-type MW plasma reactor with variable degree of particle ionization in the reaction chamber volume. After browsing through the application gallery I wasn't able to find something relative to our problem. So, if it is possible, I'm asking to point me in the right direction in order to create new model with necessary requirements, or if I missed something to link the existing example as a starting point for the simulation.

Many thanks.
