Low minimum element quality

Hello, I'm doing the numerical study of droplet deformation using Level Set method. After running simulation, warning of 'Low minimum element quality' was showing and after trying a lot to mesh well the same error is coming. I don't understand what does 'Low min. element quality' indicates when a min. element qualty close to 0.7-0.8 is showing in mesh statistic everytime. Kindly help me over this. Some more data: Minimum element quality: 5.162e-007. I've attached the mesh file with it.
