Marketing Intelligence Coordinator

COMSOL, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Intelligence Coordinator to join our Marketing department onsite in Burlington, MA.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and translating complex marketing datasets into clear, actionable insights that support marketing initiatives, audience understanding, and data-informed decision-making. You will evaluate marketing performance metrics, assess media partners, and support the optimization of marketing programs and lead qualification efforts. This involves collaborating closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments to deliver actionable insights throughout the organization. Success in this role is evaluated based on the clarity, accuracy, and usefulness of insights that help teams make informed marketing decisions. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze large datasets to help the Sales, Creative, Content, and Communications departments gain valuable business insights
  • Manage and analyze LinkedIn advertising datasets to support performance optimization and campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing Intelligence team to develop data-driven recommendations that improve marketing programs and cross-functional deliverables
  • Support monthly initiatives by producing high-quality prospect lists and business intelligence for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Assess new and existing media partners by evaluating the performance of branding, event, and lead generation programs
  • Support data hygiene and lead management processes within CRM systems and distributor databases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of experience with Excel and basic functions (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams and departments
  • Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with common marketing channels and performance metrics (email, paid media, web, events, social, content)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prior experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Background in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technical products particularly within engineering or software-driven industries
