Non-Matching grids

Hi, I would like to have one domain with relatively large elements, and an adjoining domain with small elements, linked together by a weak (Lagrangian) boundary condition.

I am guessing this is fairly straightforward, but I can't find it in the documentation. I've tried meshing two domains separately and *then* moving them with the draw command, but COMSOL too smart for me and remeshes.

I can create two geoemetries inside the same .mph and they run, which is almost what I need, but they are decoupled. I'm missing a way (maybe simply a syntax?) to pass values from one geometry to the other.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, John

Duh.

I found it.

Click "Use Assembly" in Draw mode. Sorry.
