Problems with geometry STL import ( ERROR in Meshing!!!)

I imported a 3D stl geometry to comsol RF tool, than I coerced this geometry. I can select different boundaries in boundary settings but I can't mesh this geometry. I think the problem migh be: in my geometry I have connected rectangles but each of these rectangles are not completly plane (short sides are slightly twisted to each other).
Repair function is not working for this geometry.
Is there a easy way to import 3D geometries with infinite thin planes?
