Li-ion battery model

I am trying to simulate the Li-ion battery system.

I use the example model of COMSOL 4.0.

But, during simulating I got the following error.

Failed to find consistent initial values.
Last time step is not converged.
-----

I think that this error has to do with the high applied current density(i_app=i_1C*4) on the right hand side boundary.

Would you tell me what cause this error usually?
