Cc-beam electrostatically actuated

Hi,

I am a new Comsol user, I am trying to simulate a easy example as it is a cc-beam elestrostatically actuated. I want to do a frequency domain analysis, but I don't get any result, when it seems is going to chante to the next frequency, it fails.

I attach the comsol file with the simulation, if anyone can help I will thanks a lot.
