Error saving fem structure

I switched from COMSOL 3.5. to 3.5.a and have problems to run my old script. A script creating the geometry, initializing the mesh and solving the problem works properly until the progam tries to save the final fem structure.

I would be grateful if anybody could give me hints to solve the problem.

I get the following eror message:
