multiple comsol batch jobs simultaneously

we have two flexible network licenses.

anyone can tell me how to run multiple jobs by using comsol batch command? I tried to run different jobs simultaneously on a cluster (with ~40 CPUs). however, once i start the second comsol batch (while the first one is running), the error message says license number of users already reached.
