How to set the time step dt to a specific value when calculating for transient problem

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everybody,
I am now simulating a transient problem using Electric current mode but I do not know how to set up the time step dt to a specific value. Anybody have experiences about this, please help me.
Thank you very much.
Nam

Hi

you define the time stepping in the time dependent solver node, COMSOl will choose it's own stepping and save the results at your difined time steps, by default, you can chenge these settings down in the solver sub-nodes

Good luck
