Error occuring during addition of the velocity slip to the wall condition ?

Hello i am simulating a straight pipe flow using Brinkman porous flow model. I want to add the velocity slip and temperature jump to my model. But an error is coming when i am trying to switch on the velocity slip option. Error message and the reduced file is attached below. How can i add the velocity slip and temperature jump? Please help!
