sir,
I'm working in optimization of thickness in piezoelectric.I hav mems 4.0a.I don't know where to get segregated solver. i'm using piezoelectric devices and moving mesh as physics is it enough.I'm unable to get charge as output.
can u giv a step by step procedure for optimization for working in comsol 4.0a or higher versions

Hi

I have noticed that the newer version have been greatly updated in the way they handle the solver sequence, compared to the early 4.0a
Not to say the documentation, so check with your local rep how to get hand on a newer version then many of your issues will be solved.

If you add or change the physics, it is worth to either (always) start a new model, or to at least delete the solver sequence and regenerate a new default solver sequence, this was specially the case for the earlier versions

Good luck
