Hi,

New user. How do save a geometry I created as '.mphbin' (or any other format) for future use? Thanks.

Hi

you can export it from the COMSOL GUI, but its a COMSOL internal format so from my knowledge it can only be reopened in COMSOL, onthe other hand so far the geometry format has had little changes, so there are great chances you can open it in a futur version of COMSOL. for more details on how long COMSOl warranty to read a file, you should check directly with COMSOL, we user just hope its something tending towards INF, even if we know that for IT people INF has a tendency to be rather short ;)

Good luck
